Description
PROJECT MANAGER
LS Electric Utah is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects from sales order entry through shipment. You’ll serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — all while maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full project life cycle — schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead communication between design, procurement, production, quality, and logistics.
- Track budgets with Engineering and Purchasing; report variances.
- Serve as the main customer liaison, handle change requests, and provide regular updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver status reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee final product delivery readiness and coordinate shipments or installations.
- Proven project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MRP systems, CAD, MS Project, and Gantt chart tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Professional Communication, or related field -
- PMP certification with relevant experience
- Technical degree with 3+ years’ related experience.
- Understanding of electrical protection and control systems.
