Position Summary
MCM Engineering II is seeking a highly capable, Executive Assistant to the COO to support executive leadership during a period of rapid expansion. This role is designed to extend the effectiveness of the COO by managing priorities, coordinating complex initiatives, facilitating cross-cultural communication, and supporting reporting and follow-up across multiple organizations within MCM Engineering II and the LS Electric group.
The position will initially support several strategic initiatives that are expected to transition to dedicated management teams over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-up on action items
- Support company expansion initiatives, including workforce development, recruiting coordination, organizational changes, and facility and site expansion activities
- Assist with coordination among contractors, development teams, owner’s representatives, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Support public relations, community outreach, tours, meetings, and external commitments by helping plan, track, and follow up on activities
- Facilitate clear, accurate, and culturally effective communication between U.S. and Korean executives, engineers, and business partners
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening key internal and external relationships
- Coordinate follow-up and data collection across multiple organizations and prepare concise reports and summaries for MCM Engineering II, LS Electric America, and LS Electric leadership
- Support leadership in maintaining a safe, professional, and well-organized office and work environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives in an executive assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office and reporting tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Full professional fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with multinational or Korean-based organizations
- Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial environments
- Experience with cross-organization coordination and executive-level reporting
